This is 5 man team project made in 2 and a half weeks.

The player has no method of movement other than explosions from shooting missiles.

Lead Designer Responsibilities

Steered team direction so that no idea, and more importantly no time, was wasted.

Deligated tasks based on team member ability.

Resolve team conflicts to make sure team dynamics remained smoothe.

Lazer line which is meant to aid with aim and pointing direction.

Created a level which dealt with resource conservation (level 5).

Trials and Tribulations

The team consisted of 3 members who were very volital idea thinkers. The game had to stay within scope based on time and ability of the members. I had to veto ideas which I predict would be too much of a hassle to execute regardless of how much the member liked the idea.

One of my members intruded on the job of another member. This caused dispute between the 2 members. Although the intrusive member did indeed to a better job the other, it was still ethically wrong. I deemed that using the better system was beneficial to the project, and settled the dispute with a short sit-in session with both members.
